Our latest Leading through Conflict Seminar took place in the wonderful IBI facility in Ulysses House in Dublin last Saturday. It is always such a privilege to walk leaders this challenging but vital area of life and work so thanks to all of you who came along. Thanks, too, to Joan and her team at IBI who hosted us so well. Added to our seminar in Derry/Londonderry two weeks ago, the total number of those who have been through LTC training has now reached 293! Our first target was 300 so we are almost there!
