Few of us are naturally equipped to face the conflict challenges that arise in our leadership positions. Nonetheless, we can still become very effective in facing and leading through the difficulties that come. Whilst no two conflict situations are ever the same, the root causes and underlying issues at play are often remarkably similar.  This means that conflict can be studied, analysed and understood. It also means that effective steps to prevent conflict, and to manage it once it has occurred, can be identified and put in place. In our Leading through Conflict training, we walk participants through all the basics of what conflict is, the factors at play in conflict situations and what it means to effectively lead through them. Using presentation, discussion, role play and self-assessment, our Leading through Conflict training provides an excellent basis from which to build an effective conflict management strategy.
