On Sat 21st February 2015 we were delighted to hold the first of our new Leading through Conflict Seminars at the Lucan Centre in Lucan. It was very encouraging to have a full house and to have such a stimulating opportunity to discuss and learn together in this vital area. Using discussion, role play and presentation the Seminar looks at what conflict is, the factors always at play in its background and the five stages of the conciliation process. We are very grateful to our hosts, the Lucan Centre, for doing such a great job in facilitating our event.
