On the 23rd October, we were delighted to present our Leading through Conflict material at the 2015 BCM European Conference in Castledaly Manor near Athlone in Co Westmeath. Around 70 delegates from around Europe were present and it was great to have the opportunity to explore how we deal with conflict with such a diverse group. Various live translations (e.g., into Russian) were made during the day, which was the first time this has happened during our LTC seminars, but despite the difficulties this created, it was another wonderful opportunity to explore this vital topic with a group of dedicated leaders.
